The journey begins with expert consultation. Our specialists analyze your cargo specifics-size, weight, commodity type, and urgency-against current market conditions, carrier schedules, and port capacities. We then present you with optimized routing options and a firm quotation. Upon your confirmation, we secure the booking with the most suitable vessel operator, guaranteeing space and providing you with a confirmed sailing schedule. This foundational step is critical for setting accurate timelines and managing costs.

With the booking in place, our ground team takes charge at the origin. We arrange the inland transportation to pick up your goods from the supplier's warehouse. Concurrently, we handle all export documentation, including the commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. At the container freight station or your designated location, your goods are professionally packed into a container-either as an exclusive Full Container Load (FCL) or consolidated with other compatible cargo as Less than Container Load (LCL). The container is then sealed and transported to the port of loading.

At the export port, our customs brokerage team submits the export declaration to local authorities, ensuring full compliance for a smooth release. We manage the critical "gate-in" process, ensuring the container is received by the port and loaded onto the designated vessel as planned. Throughout this stage, we provide you with updates, including the container status and the Bill of Lading draft for your review.

Once the vessel departs, the core Sea Freight transit begins. You receive the original Bill of Lading, the title document for your cargo. More importantly, our operational team actively monitors the vessel's progress across the ocean. Utilizing advanced tracking systems, we watch for any potential disruptions like weather events or schedule adjustments, keeping you informed of the estimated time of arrival (ETA) at the destination port.

Prior to the vessel's arrival, our destination country agents prepare for the import clearance. They submit all required documents, pay applicable duties and taxes, and obtain the necessary import permits. Once the ship docks, the container is discharged, cleared through customs, and released for pickup. We then manage the final leg, arranging for the container to be transported from the port to your warehouse or specified delivery address (door-to-door service), where it is de-stuffed, and the empty container is returned.
