"We plan to expand into cross-border trade this year. In the past, consulting about foreign trade required us to contact relevant companies and travel back and forth. Now that Handan District has established a foreign trade service window, we can complete all procedures-including document submission, company registration, and trade consultations-in one place. It's so convenient, and we're more confident in our development," said the company representative.
According to staff from the Qianhai Digital Trade Platform in Handan District, the "Comprehensive Foreign Trade Service Window" is the city's first dedicated service window, established and launched to address longstanding issues such as fragmented procedures, excessive documentation, and long processing cycles for enterprises' foreign trade operations. Currently, it offers 26 specialized foreign trade services covering the entire business cycle-from qualification registration and order acquisition to cash collection. The window collaborates with over 120 professional service providers across the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Yangtze River Delta, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, integrating official e-commerce and social media platforms, big data and AI technology firms, quality inspection and certification agencies, branding services, international logistics, and cross-border payment solutions to help Handan-based enterprises efficiently connect with global markets. For startups, the service window provides guidance on opening foreign trade business accounts, facilitates connections with e-commerce platforms, offers diagnostic advice on launching foreign trade and setting up cross-border e-commerce stores, and delivers support on international logistics and financial and tax compliance.
