At 10:50 on July 21, Train X80442 carrying 53 containers loaded with commercial vehicles and auto parts departed Yantai Port in Shandong Province, marking the launch of China's first cross-border sea-rail-road intermodal train under the "one unified document" system. The route creates a seamless multimodal corridor integrating ocean, rail and highway transport. Cargo is shipped from Incheon, South Korea to Yantai Port, transported by rail to Kashgar in Xinjiang, then delivered via customs-regulated road trailers to Bishkek, capital of Kyrgyzstan. The whole journey takes only 12 days, 5 days faster than conventional segmented logistics. Supported by China Railway 95306 platform, one unified through bill of lading is issued for the whole voyage. Documents are mutually recognized across shipping, railway and road segments to eliminate complicated paperwork during transshipment. Exporters only need a single booking to access integrated service: one document for transit, one settlement and uninterrupted container delivery. The new service effectively cuts operational costs and upgrades supply chain connectivity between East Asia and Central Asia.
